What to do and how it works - attributes, rating, scoring, sources
What to do - four steps
1. Pick a mode, a region and the seasons20 seconds
2. Open packs and keep one card from eachthe rest go back
3. Add a weapon and a heal - both add squad power+1…+5
4. Run the tournament and see how far you getup to 12 games
The goal is a squad stronger than the lobby. The big number on a card is OVR, the player's overall power; the six attributes sit under it. Do not draft on the number alone - two players with the same OVR play very differently because their strengths differ. You get two pack rerolls per draft, and anyone already drafted will not appear again.
The six attributes - what they mean
AIM · Aimeliminations per match
END · Endgameshare of points from placement, not kills
SUR · Survivalaverage placement
CON · Consistencypoints per match
CLU · ClutchVictory Royales per match
EXP · Experiencetotal FNCS matches played
Each attribute is the player's rank in their own lobby for one stat from the standings. Hover an attribute on a card to see which stat it uses. High END with low AIM means the player scores mostly from placement; the opposite means most points come from kills. FRG or IGL under the OVR is the player's role.
How FNCS Major mode works
Play-In - 2 days, points add uptop 150 advance
Heats - 3 heats of 5 games, winning a game = instant advanceotherwise top 15 by points
Failed Play-In or HeatsLast Chance Qualifier
Major Finals - 12 games, 45 from heats + 5 from LCQfinal placement
The same duo has to clear every stage in a row - fail a stage and the run stops, showing exactly where you were eliminated. Any number of teams can be in Play-In (real players plus reserve teams for scale), but reserve teams can never advance past Play-In - only real players reach Heats and the Grands.
Tournament scoring - same system as fortnitetracker.com
Victory Royale+9
Each threshold in top 2–5+4
Each threshold in top 6–25+2
Top 26 and below+0
Each elimination+4
This is a cumulative bracket system: your placement score is the sum of every threshold you cleared (e.g. 1st place = 9 for the win + 4×4 for top2–5 + 2×20 for top6–25 = 65 points). The resulting numbers (65/56/52…2/0) match the real FNCS Grand Finals placement table.
Where the rating comes from
The Summit LAN - Major 1 cards onlyweight 3.0
Heats · Play-In · Last Chance0.9 · 0.5 · 0.4
Each Division 1 Cup weekweight 0.15
Grand Final of their own regionweight 2.0
A rating covers the player's whole season. Each result counts with the weight shown above, so a player who won the final after weak qualifiers can rate below one who placed well all season. Major 1 cards use S40 results only and Major 2 cards use S41 only. Within a region the scale is stretched so the top player gets 96 in Europe and NA Central and 85 in the other regions.
Squad synergy
Drafted real teammates together+5
Shared nationality between players+2 / player
In reality FNCS 2026 is played in duos - that is the real format. Trio and Squad are fantasy: the players are real, but you build the roster yourself. Synergy is drawn as a triangle (trio) or square (squad), and the lines light up for real teammates or compatriots.
Card sources - which tournaments the players are actually pulled from:619 tournaments, 87389 cards in total.

Each player card shows exactly which tournament its result came from. The same real person can have multiple cards - one per tournament where a result was found.
Card rarity:The colour is set by the OVR printed on the card. The ladder is the one Fortnite uses and the colours match the game.
•
95+ · Mythic (gold)•
90–94 · Legendary (orange)•
80–89 · Epic (purple)•
70–79 · Rare (blue)•
60–69 · Uncommon (green)•
below 60 · Common (grey)Mythic is for a season with no weak stage in it - the Grand Final, the heats and the cups all held at once. The same six colours tint the weapons and heals in the loot packs.
What's confirmed: names and regions come from official participant lists and final standings (Liquipedia, Esports Earnings, esports.gg, fortnitetracker.com and screenshots of tournament standings).
Lobby size: some lobbies have fewer real players than the event had teams. Outside the Grand Finals the empty slots go to reserve teams, which are labelled and shown without a flag.
Flags: nationality isn't known for every player. If there's no source, there's no flag.
